Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor is revealed
This week, we got our first look at Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor for the upcoming DC movie "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice". To fans of the genre, it was not really much of a surprise, the character Lex Luthor is indeed expected to be bald.
Here’s what director Zack Snyder had to say about Eisenberg’s rendition of the character:
“He’s not any of the Lexes that you’ve seen, that’s for sure, other than him being a captain of industry and one person to the world and another person to himself. And bald, of course. Our Lex is disarming and he’s not fake. He says what he believes and he says what’s on his mind. If you can unravel the string and decipher what he means, it’s all there.” [hit the jump to continue]

Beauty and the Beasts' Gaston and the Beast has been Cast
As many of you already know, Disney is making a "Beauty and the Beast" live action movie to add to their recent live-action remakes of their princess fairy tales (what with "Maleficent" re-imagining the Sleeping Beauty story from its "supposed-villain" point of view, and the upcoming "Cinderella" which just looks like a plain live-action remake of the fairy tale Disney cartoon). Emma Watson is already set to play Belle (the story's Beauty), and now, the cast for its two other major characters have recently been named. "Downton Abbey" star Dan Stevens will be playing the Beast, while Luke Evans will play the arrogant villain Gaston. Bill Condon, who directed "Dreamgirls" and "Gods and Monsters", is set to helm this Disney live-action.

Wolverine 3 is a Go; with James Mangold back at the helm
The greenlight is lit on the third Wolverine movie! Wolverine 3 (which does not yet have an official title) which will be directed by James Mangold will begin shooting early next year, and is being slated for March 3, 2017.
Of course, Hugh Jackman will be returning as Wolverine. In an interview last 2014, Jackman has said that this third Wolverine movie could be his last appearance as the character. But in an interview with EW last month, he has recanted and expressed that he wants to play Wolverine until he dies, after being inspired by Michael Keaton‘s performance in Birdman. Here's what he said:
"I said to my wife, ‘The moral is that I should never stop playing Wolverine. I’ve got to find a way to keep playing him until I die.’ I know that someday they’ll recast the role with another actor…I’d be happy if the role was eventually recast. It would mean that it had become iconic."
