Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
The highly anticipated sequel to 2011's Rise of the Planet of the Apes, this "ape-ocalypse" saga continues as a growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth's dominant species.

Begin Again
Greta (Keira Knightley) and her long-time boyfriend Dave (Adam Levine) are sweethearts and songwriting partners who  are challenged by Dave's new-found fame brought upon by a deal with a major record label. Because of this, Greta is left on her own. Until she stumbles upon Dan (Mark Ruffalo), a disgraced record-label exec. From this chance encounter emerges an enchanting portrait of a mutually transformative collaboration, set to the soundtrack of a summer in New York. 
This musical romantic comedy-drama film is written and directed by John Carney.

Maniac (2012)
Elijah Wood is Frank Zito, the withdrawn owner of a mannequin store, but his life changes when young artist Anna (Nora Arnezeder) appears asking for his help with her new exhibition. As their friendship develops and Frank's obsession escalates, it becomes clear that she has unleashed a long-repressed compulsion to stalk and kill. This psychological slasher film is directed by Franck Khalfoun and written by Grégory Levasseur, C.A. Rosenberg, and Alexandre Aja, director of The Hills Have Eyes (2006), Mirrors (2008) and Piranha 3D (2010). It is a remake of the 1980 "Maniac" which was an exploitation slasher film directed by William Lustig and written by Joe Spinell and C. A. Rosenberg.

Earth To Echo
Tuck, Munch and Alex are a trio of inseparable friends whose lives are about to change when they have begun receiving a strange series of signals on their phones. Convinced something bigger is going on, they team up with another school friend, Emma, and set out to look for the source of their phone signals. What they discover is something beyond their wildest imaginations: a small alien who has become stranded on Earth. In need of their help, the four friends come together to protect the alien and help him find his way home. This movie, directed by Dave Green, has a similar plot to the 1982 movie E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, and is shot in found footage format.

When The Lights Went Out
This supernatural horror movie is based on The Black Monk of Pontefract (also referred to as The Pontefract Poltergeist) – a British poltergeist haunting that occurred in 1974 in the home of Joe and Jean Pritchard on 30 East Drive Chequerfield Estate in Pontefract. It's directed by Pat Holden and stars Kate Ashfield and Tasha Connor.

Ghost Bride
This supernatural thriller from New Zealand follows the romance between Chinese immigrant Jason Chen and Kiwi girl Skye. When Chen proposes to Skye, tensions arise from his parents and the woman they wanted him to wed, Mei Ling. Skye and Jason begin to be terrorized by ghastly occurences that go against their marriage.

Deliver Us From Evil [extended run]
This crime-horror film directed by Scott Derrickson (director of Sinister, Exorcism of Emily Rose, and will soon direct Marvel's Doctor Strange), centers its story on  Ralph Sarchie, a New York cop who meets a Castilian/Hungarian renegade priest, Mendoza, when he is pulled into a case -- a case which the priest convinces him, against the officer's religious beliefs, is demonically related. Together, they work to solve the case and combat the paranormal forces working against them as New York slowly descends into chaos.

Transformers: Age of Extinction [extended run]
is the fourth installment of the live-action Transformers film series directed by Michael Bay and stars Mark Wahlberg in the lead role. This sequel to Transformers: Dark of the Moon, the film takes place four years after the invasion of Chicago. The screenplay is written by Ehren Kruger, who served as screenwriter since Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Flor En Otomi (Flower in Otomi)
is a documentary that depicts the short but colorful life of Dení Prieto Stock was killed by the Mexican army in the town of Nepantla, along with four of her comrades in the Fuerzas de Liberación Nacional (National Liberation Forces), a forerunner to the Zapatistas. The film also reconstructs the Mexican Army and secret police's joint siege on the house during which Prieto Stock was killed, using state documents and accounts from area residents. A moving tribute to a young woman who died for her convictions and a window into the Mexican social movements of the late 60s and early 70s, "Flower in Otomi" is an essential historical document.
