Actor Paul Walker dies of Car Accident

Shocking and tragic news to end November; Actor Paul Walker has died in a car accident Saturday afternoon (US time, November 30, 2013). He was 40. Walker was a passenger in a friend's 2005 Porsche Carrera GT and both were attending a charity event for his organization, Reach Out Worldwide, in the community of Valencia in Santa Clarita, about 30 miles north of Hollywood. The website for the charity said the Saturday event was intended to benefit victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.

REPORT OF THE ACCIDENT AND DEATH
Speed was a factor in the crash, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office said. The wreck took place about 3:30 p.m. (6:30 p.m. ET), about 300 yards from the office park where the event was held. The speed limit there is 45 mph.

Up and down the road near the crash site were burned rubber and doughnut marks as though someone smoked their tires in figure 8 patterns.
"I don't know if the marks in the road are related to the crash," said Los Angeles County sheriff's Sgt. Brian Allen.

Deputies arrived at the scene to find a vehicle on fire, he said. Once fire crews put the flames out, they found two occupants, both of whom were pronounced dead at the scene.

Saturday evening, all that remained was the burnt mangled metal of the red car and a light pole that had been knocked down. The county coroner said that, given the condition of the bodies, it will take some time to definitively identify them.

CAREER AND FUTURE
Paul Walker first gained fame in 1999 after his role in the hit film Varsity Blues. His other films include Eight Below, Into the Blue, She's All That, and Takers. He also appeared on the National Geographic Channel series Expedition Great White. But it is in the Fast and Furious film series that made Paul Walker a household name, playing the franchise's protagonist Brian O'Conner. This series which began in 2001 and with the last one, Fast & Furious 6 were enormous hits. The new movie in the series, Fast and Furious 7, is set to be released July 2014. Walker's other upcoming movies also include: HOURS, which is about a father trying to save his daughter during the wake of Hurricane Katrina, BRICK MANSIONS which is a remake of the 2004 action film District 13, and the action-adventure comedy movie PAWNSHOP CHRONICLES where he stars alongside Brandan Fraser, Elijah Wood, Matt Dillon, and Norman Reedus (Daryll from The Walking Dead).

FAST AND FURIOUS 7The biggest question to many is: What happens to Brian O'Conner now?
Fast & Furious 7 has already long begun production, but it’s unclear how many scenes Walker had left to shoot. Of course this tragic event will greatly affect the production of this film franchise since cast and producers have already set out to plan a surebol part 8, and an earmarked part 9 and 10 on their future plans. There would obviously be changes in the script and whatever the fate of the character Brian O'Conner would be; it would be difficult and unpleasant, Brian O'Conner has been a part of the franchise from the very beginning.

I'm sure that nobody wants to be in the shoes of director James Wan now. He has to deal with this problem, added with the personal pain from the loss of his main actor. To make it worse, he's working on a movie about fast cars, something that ended Walker's life. James Wan revealed on his Twitter recently: "I am so beyond heartbroken right now. I can't process anything"
How would you guys handle the Brian O'Conner situation now that Walker is gone? hit the comments!
