ENDER'S GAME is one of the most popular and highly successful sci-fi novels around. This novel by novelist Orson Scott Card now been adapted into a motion picture with the same title. ENDER'S GAME is directed by Gavin Hood, and stars Asa Butterfield as Andrew "Ender" Wiggin,Harrison Ford, Ben Kingsley, Aramis Knight, Hailee Steinfeld, Jimmy Pinchak, Viola Davis, and Abigail Breslin. ENDER'S GAME is set in futuristic Earth which has experienced ravaging wars against an insectoid alien species known as the Formics or the "Buggers" The world's most talented children, including the novel's protagonist, Ender Wiggin, are taken at a very young age to a training center known as the Battle School. There, teachers train them in the arts of war through increasingly difficult games including ones undertaken in zero gravity in the Battle Room, where Ender's tactical genius is revealed.
The film's storyline would be a fusion of Ender's Game and its parallel novel, Ender's Shadow, focusing on the important elements of both. No release date for the Philippines has been announced as of yet. Check out the trailer for ENDER'S GAME:
