Ben Kingsley will be making an appearance around the Marvel Cinematic Universe once more

During press rounds for the upcoming Ender's Game, Ben Kingsley revealed that he recently shot “a secret Marvel project. I’m not allowed to say any more, you’re going to have to wait and see,” adding that many members of the Iron Man 3 crew were involved. This means that we will be seeing more of him in upcoming Marvel projects. The question is: What will he be appearing in? Avengers 2? The Agents of SHIELD TV series? Co-Writer of Iron Man 3 Drew Pearce hired for a Mission: Impossible

Drew Pearce co-wrote, with writer-director Shane Black, Iron Man 3. It's probably the success of this Marvel movie which made Paramount hire Pearce as writer for the new Mission: Impossible movie.

It was recently reported that franchise star Tom Cruise is officially attached to produce and star in Mission: Impossible 5 [read story here].  Production on the film is is expected to start in the fall after Cruise wraps filming on Warner Bros.’ The Man From U.N.C.L.E.  Plot details are being kept quiet, and the search for a director is currently underway.  Christopher McQuarrie (Jack Reacher) is reportedly in talks, but recently signed on to write and direct a remake of Ice Station Zebra. Robert Downey Jr. to Retire from Iron Man Role

Robert Downey Jr. is undoubtedly the reason why Tony Stark a.k.a. Iron Man is one of the best characters (and one of the most interesting at that) to ever come out of a superhero movie. But all good things should have a nice pleasant ending, and of course, Downey cannot play that role forever. More than once, has he expressed his plans to retire from the role of Iron Man, and probably from other genre movie roles such as Sherlock Holmes, and focus more on personal simple, small movies. Robinsons Movieworld launches Iron Man 3 Promos

As if the grand hype of the IRON MAN 3 movie was not enough to convince you to watch it when it comes out on April 24, Robison's Movieworld has launched a couple of promos that will ensure you to definitely do that. Robinson's Movieworld has 3 specific promos. One is he VIP Invites. The other is The Iron Man 3 snapshots. The other are Iron Man goodies such as keychains, caps, and earphones.

IRON MAN 3 is set to be released here in the Philippines April 24, 2013. It is set to open in the UK on April 18, and in the United States on May 3, 2013. It will be the sequel to Iron Man and Iron Man 2, and the seventh installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, being the first major release in the franchise since the crossover film The Avengers. Shane Black directed a screenplay he co-wrote with Drew Pearce, which will be based on the "Extremis" story arc by Warren Ellis. Jon Favreau, who directed the first two films, serves as executive producer, along with Kevin Feige. Robert Downey, Jr. reprises his role as the title character, with Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, and Favreau reprising their roles as Pepper Potts, James Rhodes, and Happy Hogan, respectively. Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szostak, James Badge Dale, and Ben Kingsley round out the film's principal cast.

Marvel officially confirms The Mandarin for Iron Man 3; & Extremis as well

As for Iron Man, ever since Ben Kingsley was cast as a villain in Iron Man 3, it was obvious (despite denials from Marvel) that he would be playing the Mandarin. Now, Marvel has officially confirmed that it is indeed The Mandarin. The recently released video clip at the San Diego Comic Con has also revealed that Iron Man's new suit can be summoned through force of will, which does indeed follow the Extremis Armor storyline in the comics. Happy Hogan (played by Iron Man's former director Jon Favreau) will also be playing a larger role in this movie. Iron Man 3 opens May 3, 2013.

Marvel's recent announcements during this year's San Diego Comic-Con has been the grand tidal wave of the convention. Marvel has made revelations about their upcoming movies. At the Iron Man 3 panel, producer Kevin Feige, Robert Downey Jr., Jon Favreau, and director Shane Black were present. A video clip was released and revealed several scenes such as Stark putting on the Iron Man suit by will, an action scene involving the destruction of Tony's Malibu home, The Mandarin putting on one of ten rings, among many other scenes, in a teaser/trailer clip. Of course, this electrified the audience in attendance.
