Oscar Isaac set as titular villain in "X-Men Apocalypse"

The actor to play the villain for the next X-Men movie has now been chosen. Oscar Isaac, who is best known for his role in "Inside Llewyn Davis" will be playing the titular villain for the upcoming "X-Men: Apocalypse". Apocalypse is one of the biggest villains in the X-Men comics universe. His real name is En Sabah Nur, and he is one of the oldest mutants who was considered a god during the time of ancient Egypt. X-Men to face Apocalypse in 2016

While the rest of the net was busy with either talking about the Wonder Woman casting and/or the trailers and teasers for the new Spider-man movie, director Bryan Singer has tweeted today that X-Men: Apocalypse would be coming, with a follow-up tweet from another account saying that the X-Men: Days of Future Past sequel would be opening on May 27, 2016.
