Universal Sets Its Sights on Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles

Anne Rice's vampire universe may be making a comeback to the silver screen, as Universal has acquired the rights to Anne Rice’s incredibly popular anthology of novels, The Vampire Chronicles. Imagine’s Brian Grazer will produce alongside Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci. The deal is for every single book in the series, including the upcoming Prince Lestat and even the ones that have already been made into a movie, such as Interview with the Vampire and Queen of the Damned.
